We have made the decision to concentrate on coloured ponies which will mean parting with the majority of our welsh stock.
With the exception of Robbie who will be kept to infuse the dilution gene & pony character into our coloured stock -
most of the ponies below will be available for sale over the next few months. All enquiries are welcomed.

Splashed White Chestnut Section A b.2008 Patch is a purebred coloured welsh section A (Registered Section X of WP&CS) Loud splashed whites are fairly rare in any breed but even more so in the welsh pony! Patch's close family have resulted in this coat pattern on more than one occasion, the majority of which have been masked by the greying gene. To date Patch shows no sign of greying out and neither does his almost identical relative Bryn Bosch! Patch has the sweetest nature and roams the yard like a dog not a pony! If time allows we hope to get Patch out and about in some coloured classes and maybe one day he will even get to meet some little ladies! SOLD

Sunny Suzie Lee Sunny Thomas John Reveller X Penual Jenny Lee by Penual Mark Beautiful Bay Sabino/Splash mare. b.2005 Suzie is out of the beautiful Mark mare Jenny Lee, she is a strong correct mare with the most wonderful temperament. Typically welsh with her 4 whites and a blaze she was lightly backed before being put in foal. Her first foal was the lovely buckskin filly Sienna followed by the loudly marked colt Sonny Delight in 2010. This years colt is the best yet, SanTropez is a handsome buckskin colt with 4 long whites and a blaze. Suzie ran with our chestnut stallion Dowlais Mint for her first season before being returned to the herd and has run with Ffermylong Robbie to date. FOR SALE IN FOAL £600

Bushmoor Lily Savage Friars Sheer Spirit X Wolverton Jessica by Crossways Black Abbot Pretty cremello mare. b.2005 Lily is another filly we have owned since a foal. Bought direct from the Bushmoor Stud she is a lovely filly with a beautiful head and neck. Sired by the Friars stallion Sheer Spirit out of a lovely mare by Black Abbot, Lily is a valuable broodmare here at Havenbeech. As a youngster she was all legs but has finally blossomed and grown into herself. Her first foal was a lovely cremello colt "Mr Whippy, followed by the palomino Goblet-Of-Fire and this year Lily gave us a supremely handsome buckskin colt by Rode To Victory. Aberdar Finesse Forlan Humdinger X Aberdar Ffion by Tyr Capel Sprig Smart flaxen liver chestnut mare. b.2005 Tess was bought from the Aberdar Stud as a fluffy 18 month old filly, when i got her home i wasn't sure if she was my type, but i'm glad i kept her as she has blossomed from an ugly duckling into a swan! She would be a fantastic ridden mare but as we dont have any little jockeys she will remain as a broodmare here at the stud. Tess' first foal was the most exquisite palomino filly "Flirtatious" and we are delighted with her full sibling the colt - Fraggle Rock. Blaenau Valilla Blaenau Donald X Blaenau Vanity by Blaenau Sam b.1990 Pretty palomino roan mare. Milly was bought for her fabulous old bloodlines and typical mountain pony stamp she will compliment both our young colts. Milly was bought to breed purebreds, but her 2009 part bred colt was exceptional and we took the decision to breed another part bred from her for 2010. The filly Vanity Fair is exquisite and has been retained as a future show/broodmare. Due to Millys age, it is unlikely that we will part with her unless an exceptional forever retirement/companion home becomes available in the future!

Gwauniarll Jasmin Maesbrook Hyderus X Gwauniarll Beauty by Cwmffrwyd Golden Fanfare Extremely pretty bay mare, up to height with plenty of bone. Beautiful mover & lots & lots of stage presence! b.1995 Jasmin was purchased at the Morgan Equine reduction sale in the spring of 2009. She is a fantastic daughter of Maesbrook Hyderous & half sister to the phenomenal lead rein pony Gwauniarll Katie, Champion at HOYS. She is up to height with great presence and superb movement. "Jazz" was bought having run with Tiny Bit Fameous but despite waiting forever...no foal arrived and it became clear that she was in fact - just fat! Jazz ran with our homozygous native stallion IANTO and finally gifted us with a superb bay & white filly. Jive Bunny has been retained as a future show / broodmare. This pony is pure quality and has many champions in her yet! Jazz is not currently available for sale but enquiries are welcomed as things may change in the coming months.

Courtland Honeysuckle Hemsbrook Top Of The Pops X Colne Hymn by Weston Best Man b.1990 Pretty buckskin/palomino sabino. This lovely old fashioned broodmare has run on the hill all her life so is unhaltered. She is the dam of 3 lovely colts here at Havenbeech and her son Dowlais Mint has been retained as a future stallion. She is a strong powerful mare with flashy white stockings. Honey gave us a beautiful cremello colt foal this year HB Honeybee who is for sale. All her foals are big movers!! Ideally suited to running with a herd of broodmares as happiest when not being messed about, but enjoys a scratch on a good day! A chance to aquire a lovely stamp of a mare who has already proved herself as a super broodmare. Honey will happily run into a trailer and travel with / without partitions etc. She also suffers from intermittent lameness in her near fore which doesnt appear to bother her but is priced fairly due to these issues. She is an incredibly pretty filly with massive dark eyes and the dinkiest of muzzles, She looks to be a splash & sabino carrier so we look forward to seeing her foals in the future! SOLD

Briolen Pearl Briolen The Phoenix X Briolen Precious by Penwisg Pirate Bright chestnut, peroxide blonde & blue eyes, what a sweetie! Pearl is small but very correct and a super moving filly. b.2007 Pearl was purchased at Hay on Wye sale as a foal. Sired by the Penwisg Pirate son the Phoenix, she absolutely floated down the grass ring and sold herself totally to me! She has the sweetest temperament and is an ideal colouring for breeding palomino foals. We believe Pearl may also be a splash carrier so look forward to some interesting foals in the future. Pearl has run with our homozygous pony stallion "Sioni Bach" this year, if in foal this pairing will stunning!

Trecatty Dads Beauty Criccieth Dewr X Trecatty Kate by Moorcock Masquerade Chestnut Filly b.2008 This lovely well grown filly was bought as a future broodmare for our cremello stallion Robbie. She fits perfectly into our breeding programme being a half sister to our chestnut stallion Dowlais Mint through their sire Criccieth Dewr. All these colts have friendly inquisitive natures as you can see!!!



They are all fully registered, have been regularly brought in to be wormed and have their
feet trimmed but will need bringing in and handling daily to bring them back up to speed as
they have been enjoying one long holiday since weaning!

They are grazed next to a busy A road so are well used to fast traffic / artics etc
and with a bit of one to one will make super little childs ponies.
