ponies will remain advertised & available for sale until a deposit
is received. Once a deposit has been received,
the pony will be withdrawn from sale.
Deposits are non refundable.

TERMS OF SALE
A DEPOSIT OF 20% WILL SECURE WITH A MINIMUM OF 50% OF THE TOTAL TO BE PAID IN FULL
BY THE TIME THE FOAL IS 3 MONTHS OLD.
BALANCE DUE ON COLLECTION / DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed at time of sale, foals will be weaned at 5 months
and are to be collected by the end of thier 6th month.

A livery charge of £50 per week will be applied after the end of the 6th month
if the foal is not collected as agreed!
